Returning Your Hilotherm Device – All You Need to Know
Returning your Hilotherm device is simple and stress-free. This guide explains exactly what to do, so you can return your machine quickly and with confidence at the end of your rental period.
We will get in touch with you via email a few days before the collection is due and you will have the option of extending the rental or confirming the collection day. If you are ready to return your cooling device click ‘Arrange Collection.’
You will then be asked to fill in your name, an email address and phone number for the courier, the address that you would like your rental device to be collected from and a preferred collection time.
Once you have submitted the collection information we will book the collection for you and you should receive confirmation from the courier confirming the booking.
The courier will update you further with a collection time on the morning of the collection.
If nobody will be at home for a collection, get in touch and we can see where your nearest DPD drop off point is. It is worth noting that if you live in Northern Ireland you will not be able to use the DPD drop off point and your delivery and collection will be with Parcelforce instead.
Things to remember:
Please make sure that you keep the cardboard box that the device arrives in. Our couriers’ conveyor belts require all their items to be boxed before they are collected. If the machine is sent back without the cardboard box there may be a delivery surcharge.
The driver will add a barcode label on arrival and the machine should be back with us the next working day. If you can remove or cover up the original delivery label that will help to avoid any delays in the box getting back to us.
All masks and cuffs that have been used do not need to be sent back to us, however, any unopened masks or cuffs sent back to us are fully refundable.
